Friday Flowers

Usually at this time of year here in Brisbane flowers in the house only last a few days due to our heat but this week my flowers have lasted 8 days and they are still going. I am impressed. It has been another hectic week with more jobs being installed, a couple of fun Christmas parties, Harry's 8th Birthday party at home last night, school break-up and still lots more to tick off the list next week.

For all of our lovely clients who have been waiting for our back rooms to re-open at Black & Spiro, they are open again. We had some terrible water damage in the rooms when we had that bout of rain a little while ago and also stock which sold faster than I had anticipated it would sell so I am pleased to say that the rooms are now looking beautiful again. Make sure you pop in for a visit.

Have a great weekend.
xx

It is beautiful, and so different to our winter flowers here up in Scandinavia.

Perhaps a picture or two of the back rooms, for those of us who can not just "stop by"? Pretty Please....

Have a lovely weekend,

Such lovely flowers! A beautiful hit of late spring for me here in gray and rainy late fall/early winter in Seattle! I wish that I could come visit your store... maybe someday!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Sorry to hear about the rain damage, and pleased to hear things have now resolved themselves.
I would love to "pop" by one day.... when I come your way.Sadly I can only gaze at your shop from afar- from the other side of the worls, where we are steeped in snow with minus 5 !!

I always try to have flowers in the house. I work from home, so seeing them makes me feel happy and serene! Way more conducive to my workday. :)

The longer lasting flowers are excellent but I'm not going to lie to you- this crazy humid rain intense weather is creating absolute HAVOC with my 'do. Happy Birthday Harry. x

Hi Anna

We're in Sydney and while it's not as humid and hot, it's not cool either! We've found that hydrangeas and roses wither quickly but I bought a bunch of carnations last week and they're still going so strong!!! :)
