I really like this room with it's white painted floorboards, white walls, white painted furniture, the vintage light and the few dots of colour. I also love the mix of furniture styles. Although this room has some items which I wouldn't usually purchase myself I think it all works and looks fantastic together and certainly represents a look I love so much - Uniquely Me Chic.

Anna,
I agree. And I love your style- the white walls, white floors, light upholstery and pops of bright hues! I also love the mix of contemporary with vintage! I am just dying to get out to Australia to do a photo shoot on your home and shop-just fabulous!

This room looks so lovely bathed in sunlight, but I think it would look even lovelier with wooden floors creating a beautiful contrast with the white walls and painted furniture.
It's gorgeous and I love white.

A good story
GK Chesterton: “The poets have been mysteriously silent on the subject of cheese.”
Voila: www.tastingtoeternity.com. This book is a poetic view of 30 of the best loved French cheeses with an additional two odes to cheese. Recipes, wine pairing, three short stories and an educational section complete the book.
From a hectic life in New York City to the peace and glories of the French countryside lead me to be the co-founder of www.fromages.com. Ten years later with the words of Pierre Androuet hammering on my brain:
“Cheese is the soul of the soil. It is the purest and most romantic link between humans and the earth.”
I took pen and paper; many reams later with the midnight oil burning Tasting to Eternity was born and self published.
I believe cheese and wine lovers should be told about this publication.
Enjoy.
