Blog Block & Pink Vases

Well, I seem to be suffering from a little **blog block tonight so unfortunately I don't have anything very exciting to share with you except for this beautiful pair of Antique pink Bristol glass vases from Windsor Smith. Oh how I love these vases which have two major things {I am currently obsessed with} going for them - they are pink and they have birds painted on them!! Then again I have always loved pink but birds are a reasonably new {within the last 6 months} obsession!! I promise I'll be over my blog block tomorrow!!

**Blog Block Definition - Blog Block is a phenomenon involving temporary loss of ability to begin or continue blogging usually due to lack of inspiration or creativity.

Don't say that Anna!!
Your blog gives me so much pleasure and inspiration.
Having just started mine and feeling like I'm bursting at the seams, I hope my enthusiasm will give you a boost along. The vases are beautiful.
Cheers

You poor thing, I do hope that your "blog block" passes swiftly. What are the symptoms? I can only imagine this must be very painful for you. Have you made an appointment with Doctor Blog?

Feel better soon.

ps- love those Antique vases, some lovely blooms arranged in a simple bouquet might be just the remedy that the Doctor prescribes to get you through this block.

Hope your BB passes quickly! { And, hope it's not contagious. ;-) } I just discovered Anna Kipervser and her wonderful Kaffiyeh Birds and posted about them (on eye spy). I too am crazy for birds (and dogs and turtles and zebras and...) Always love your blog -- even when you're blocked!

Oh I can soooo relate to your Blog Block. I am supposed to be posting about building a house which still isn't there! I just ramble until something happens! Stunning pictures for a Blog Block though! I think they would look great also as lamps with one of your lovely shades. A-M xx

Don't let bloggers block keep you back. You have one of the best blogs around. Isn't Windsor Smith awesome?

Sometimes when I'm bored, I watch her house tour podcast on Domino and it lifts my spirits.

I'm glad this is only a temporary condition Anna! These vases are beautiful and will tide us over nicely until you get your inspiration back.

ah blog block- it happens to all of us!

Despite your claim of feeling uninspired, your choice of these vases are perfectly lovely to me!

The pink is so soft and the nature motif is very traditional while still having a whiff of eccentrism- great pick!

Preppy little dress, the pink vases are 5 1/2" diameter by 12" high. You can see more info on Windsor's website or at Fyndes.
